The Château de Ribiers is located in the quiet, picturesque village of Ribiers, in the heart of Provence yet within easy reach of both the Mediterranean and the ski resorts of La Joue du Loup and Devoluy. Set in a peaceful, unspoilt landscape of fruit orchards, lavender and olive trees, and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, this elegant 12th century chateau has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated by British-born artist Sally Cameron and French wine consultant Frédéric Feyler, who are delighted to offer guests a warm welcome all year round.
The Château, with its fortified walls, was once a feudal stronghold of the powerful Comte de Mévouillon. Today, it’s a warm and comfortable home offering “chambres d’hôte” accommodation, where guests can take time to rediscover nature and enjoy the Provencal art of living.
